Due to our great concern for the trust and satisfaction of our customers, before shipping any product we work to ensure that it is defect-free and conforms to the specifications advertised on the site. The application cannot be returned more than 24 hours from the date of registration on the site. We apologize for refunding shipping charges for any reason, unless the company sends a product other than the product ordered, because these fees are collected in favor of the shipping company that does the job properly.
